I purchased a gift card for a birthday gift. Very pleased with quick delivery. The birthday recipient was delighted with it.

Exceptional day out

I have often passed the Smiddy on the way to Doune but for some reason never stoped in. I was looking for a lunch stop which could accomodate my wheelchair bound mother in law and decided to go to the Smiddy. What an absoluctly superb place. The cafe was excellent even making me something which was not on the regular menu, the quality of the food for all three of, us who each had something different, was outstanding. The cafe staff were very friendly and had great patience with my elderly mum in law. We visited the farm shop on the way out, the range of unusual foods and the exceptional butchers counter with yet more friendly staff was once again second to none. I canot recomend the Smiddy highly enough and will recomend anyone in the area to call in and spoil yourself.

Quick delivery of a beautiful gift card
I ordered 3x £10 but unfortunately received 1x£30. Aah well no little gifts for some but a trip to plan for me 😀

Prompt service, but experience old be better

The gift voucher was sent directly to the recipients, but there was no indication of the gift giver. The recipient had to ring the shop to learn who it was from. I also wish vouchers were offered in increments of £5; for example, £25 instead of £20 or £30.

Excellent service

Having had difficulty ordering the vouchers online, I can’t fault the very helpful personal response. They were posted out promptly, arriving on time for giving to a friend for her birthday.
