Brilliant selection of high quality fruit - absolutely delicious produce, very impressed!

I am always happy with my mixed fruit and veg boxes. However, although plenty of selection and lovely and mostly fresh I was disappointed to not find any seasonal or local fruit. Apples, kiwis, grapes and pears. I would have loved local strawberries or raspberries and nectarines and peaches, all seasonal. 🙁very disappointed.

I have been buying the family fruit box regularly & have always been delighted. This week, a small punnet of 8 large strawberries replaced 4 plums & 4 kiwis!! I had to throw 2 of the strawberries in the bin as they were mouldy. I’m not sure this represents good value for money.
A second criticism, going back weeks, is the arrangements for store pick up. I need to go to the green shed( nobody has ever been there), then into the store. A staff member then goes out to the shed. This week, I went straight into the store, was sent to the shed, no one was there & I was directed back into the store by a member of staff outside.
Might be easier to just ask customers to collect in store. This must be very frustrating for staff as well as customers.
