Kelly Bronze are their own unique breed, a very slow-growing bird that must attain full maturity to achieve the desired weight for Christmas turkeys. Fed locally-grown cereals without any drugs, additives or growth promoters, they are game hung and plucked by hand in the traditional way, without the use of water. All this is done to achieve the best possible flavour, texture and eating quality.
