Delicious fillet steaks

Absolutely delicious fillet steaks, simply pan fried medium with just a grinding of salt & black pepper & served with a homemade peppercorn sauce, baby new potatoes & asparagus. They melted in your mouth & had a lovely flavour. Couldn't ask for better.
