How to cook
Season with salt and pepper,
Sear the outside completely.
Roast in oven at 180 degrees until core temperature reaches 60 degrees.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Stirlingshire and surrounding areas 5 days a week, from Tuesday to Saturday. We also deliver to Clackmannanshire every Tuesday, and the Falkirk area every Thursday and Friday.
We additionally deliver to both Glasgow once a month.
Glasgow: 1st Thursday of the month.
