To celebrate National Butchers' Week, The Smiddy Butchery would like to invite you to join us on Thursday 16th March for an evening demonstration of what we do with our local produce. The evening includes butchery of a lamb carcass, beef fore rib and a couple of tricks you can do at home to get the most out of the cuts you buy.
There will be various tastings, including pulled shoulder of lamb, freshly prepared by our chefs. The event will run from 6-8pm on the day and tickets are priced at £20. Spaces are limited and so book yours by calling the Smiddy on 01786 235024 or send us an email.
